Fantana reacts to trolls about her perfromance at Reign Concert

RuffTown Records new signee Francine Nyarko Koffi popularly known as Fantana was a guest artist at the just ended Reign Concert organized by Shatta Wale.

Fantana received massive backlash from Ghanaians for a wardrobe malfunction she suffered on stage.

During her performance, a ‘white substance’ which was believed to be a sanitary pad was very visible beneath her dress.

She was also trolled for forgetting her lines and also going off-key while performing live on stage.

Some comments were;

Simply_me_kesh wrote; “Flashing pads aint sexy at all. Next time she for use tampoons. Anyway, Fantana got a beautiful voice naturally. And she could use some serious stage training and loosen up”.

alfirob_Osei also wrote; “I don’t care about the dress but why didn’t she wear tampoons? Shame to womanhood”.

cutebenyiwaa commented; “Asem paa nie is it by force to sing.. sis next time fix your pad well”.

bidulfs aslo said; “This is disgusting so upon all the people around her nobody was able to advice her to put some nika under her dress. This is bad stage performance is poor madam look somewhere else music is definitely not for you clown”


However, the “So What” hitmaker has finally replied to the embarrassing moment she had at the Reign Concert.

According to Fantana, she had her flow just thirty minutes to her performance and had no choice than to wear a sanitary pad beneath her transparent dress.

“I refused to let my menses stop me from performing when I felt it coming 30 minutes before I went on stage last Saturday at the Fantasy Dome. Regardless of my costume being transparent, my only option was to put on a sanitary pad and still go-ahead to perform. I am a woman and I’m not ashamed of menstruating”, excerpts of the press release read.
